Shipping Policy
Last Updated: September 3, 2026
1. Shipping Fees & Delivery Destination
Shipping costs are calculated and added to the total item price at checkout. Shipping fees cover delivery to a single destination per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Processing Time: All orders require 1–4 business days for processing and handling before shipment.
Delivery Time: Once processed, estimated standard delivery is within 7 to 15 business days from the order placement date.
Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and national weekends.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If a package is delivered to a local pickup point or parcel locker upon customer request, the delivery date to that point shall be considered the official delivery date.
3. International Warehouses & Dropshipping
Our products are shipped directly from primary international fulfillment centers. While delivery times are usually consistent, minor delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or high-volume sales periods.
Please note that LARANO™️ is the sole seller and entity responsible for your order under applicable consumer laws, regardless of the physical origin or warehouse location from which your product is dispatched.
4. Shipping Delays & Address Accuracy
External Delays: The Company is not held liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including customs processing delays, postal strikes, weather conditions, or force majeure. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights regarding non-delivery within a reasonable timeframe.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and contact information are entered fully and accurately at checkout. The Company is not responsible for lost packages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
For international shipments, orders may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees depending on your country's destination regulations. Any applicable customs charges or carrier administrative fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
